SAPB range. (Self aligning plummer block).

Fully split and part split self aligning bearings.

Suitable for heavy duty applications.
Fully split if required (SAPB-S).
Will run in liquids. (dependant on bush material).
High temperatures. (dependant on bush material).
Seals can be fitted for units that run in dirty environments.

These plummer blocks have a wide field of application brought about by the use of specialised bushing. In addition to normal applications, conditions such as high temperatures, or operation in contact with liquids can be tolerated.
SAPB series plummer blocks are made in two styles.
SAPB Standard with split housing only.
SAPB-S with split housing, bush carrier and bush.

Standard SAPB ordering is SB followed by the group number, then the size and bush material. (our sales staff will be pleased to advise).
i.e.: For a 50mm unit with a DU bush the code would be SB4-50M-DU

For a fully split unit for a 3" shaft with a bronze SAE660 bush the code would be SB6S-3"-SAE660.
